DIRECTIONS:
By
Bus From Ferry: Take the S78 to Craig Avenue
- walk one block south to Satterlee Street, cross street and
enter Conference House Park.
By SIRT (train) From Ferry: Take the train to the very last stop: Tottenville.
Exit the front of the train stop and you will be on Bentley St. Walk up the hilly street to Craig Ave. Make a right onto Craig Avenue and walk until you reach Hylan Boulevard. Make a right on Hylan Blvd. and walk one block south into Conference House Park.
(Expect the total walk to take about 15 minutes.)
By Car From Ferry: At the exit to the ferry terminal – take Bay Street to Hylan Boulevard, make a right on Hylan Boulevard – follow Hylan to the very end.
By
Car From Verrazano Bridge: Take 278 West
(Staten Island Expressway) to 440 South (West Shore Expressway)
– Follow the signs for the Outerbridge.
Take WSE to last exit before Outerbridge Crossing
(Exit #1 -Arthur Kill Road) –(DON’T
TAKE OTHER ARTHUR KILL RD EXITS – ONLY #1)
Make a left on Arthur Kill Road all the way to Main
Street (about 5 miles), make left onto Main Street, go down
to Hylan Boulevard (about 5 blocks), make a right onto Hylan
Boulevard. Go to the very end of Hylan and make a Left
into parking lot at Satterlee Street, and park your
vehicle. Walk into the park.
By
Car from New Jersey : Take Outerbridge Crossing.
Stay in the right lane and exit through Right
toll booths.
About 500 feet beyond toll booth take the very first
exit (Page Ave/Hylan Blvd) which will lead you to Hylan
Blvd.
At the end of the exit, make a right and go past several
traffic lights until you reach Hylan Blvd.
Make a right onto Hylan and go to the very end
where there is a flashing light and a stop sign.
Make a left onto Satterlee St. , and park your
car in the parking lot.
Visitors enter the House through the big door on the side of the House that faces the water.
